    1. Most orders ship within 2-4 business days after processing. Orders are not shipped on weekends and holidays. All orders are shipped via USPS.
    1. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER and AMERICAN EXPRESS credit(debit) card payments. We do not accept CODs, personal checks, money orders or direct bank transfers.

If you are experiencing trouble processing your payment at checkout, please first check that your billing address, name and all information correlates with the information the your bank has on file. If the information doesn’t match payment will not be initiated. If the information matches but payment still isn’t processing please contact us at info@runwayonthehudson.com for assistance.  

    1. Runway on the Hudson is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the Unites States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.
