Return Policy

We welcome returns on all full-priced merchandise for store credit. All full-priced, unused, unwashed and unworn merchandise can be returned for store credit. Product found damaged and used will not receive store credit, this includes pet hair, stains, smells, rips, missing buttons, damaged zippers, safety pins on product, make up stains, etc. We are not responsible for damages to clothing as a result of improper care, damage from package opening or handling or incorrect sizing. We must receive the returned product within 14 days from the date of original purchase. Once we receive your return we will email you a store credit code which can be used to purchase a new item of your choosing.

**All sale items are final sale and may not be returned for store credit. Jewelry, scarves, bags, undergarments, bathing suits, bralettes, and all accessory items are final sale and may not be returned for store credit. 

How to return merchandise: Email us at customerservice@runwayonthehudson.com (is that the email you’re setting up??) for return authorization. You are responsible for all return shipping charges associated with returning the package. *It is highly recommended that you place tracking on your return package should your package so happen to get lost amidst it’s travels back to us.*
